This is where we play football. We use the Longwood Elementary School's grounds as it seems to be open to the public and its just 2 blocks down from us on Stern's Street.
Birthday Girl
There's a really delish what seems to be a local pizza place called "The Upper Crust" down at Coolidge Corner too. There was an Irish girl working there from Donegal.
It's Aimee's 21st today so we got her presents and we're having a party. The girls went around to all the neighbours earlier this afternoon to notify them and they were totally cool about it because it's a "Friday night". It's nearly 11pm and we've invited a bunch of Americans randomly from the street up to the balcony. Let's hope they're cool.
We could have went to Ceremony tonight across down, but it was a bit of a trek and the gig started at some stupid hour of 6pm. Show tomorrow in Providence though.
Since my last post, 11 new people have asked for letters. I want more to write - get at me with addresses. Also, if you're also on a J-1 in New England and reading this blog, get at us. Meeting other groups of Irish people here would be cool.

Hit me up. You should have gone to see Ceremony. If I could see Ceremony and Touche Amore within the same year my life would be made, never mind within a day or something. Unreal. Hope you lads are having the best time!

Thank you.
Yo if you're in Providence tomorrow could you take a photo of HP Lovecraft's grave and put it up here. Also if they sell any Lovecraftian-related postcards around there could you send me one? I would fucking love that.

Malley looks so like Mac from It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia in his Celtics shirt. Lethal.
